BLUE BADGE APPLICATIONS
You can apply for a Blue Badge at the library. As these take time to complete, you will need to book an appointment. Either pop in or contact the library to arrange this and they will tell you the necessary paperwork you need to bring in.
BUS PASSES
Can be renewed or applied for at the library.
You will need proof of identification (eg passport or drivers licence) and proof of address (eg household bill or bank statement)
LLOYDS BANK POP-UP
Every Wednesday 9:00am - 3:00pm
There is a representative from Lloyds Bank at the library every Wednesday.
ADULT SOCIAL CARE ENGAGEMENT
Every 3rd Friday of the month 10:00am - 12:00pm
Looking for assistance with adult social care? Look no further! WNC's Adult Social Care team will be at the welcoming space in Brackley Library every third Thursday of the month. No appointments necessary, just come by and they'll be happy to assist you with any enquiries you may have.
WNC CUSTOMER SERVICES DROP IN
The last Friday of every month 10:00am - 12:00pm
West Northamptonshire Council's Customer Services Team host their monthly drop in session to give advice and support with any queries you may have for them. Pop in to have a chat with an advisor
RENEWING YOUR BOOKS
1) Renew online at www.librarycatalogue.northamptonshire.gov.uk
2) Using the Northamptoshire Libraries App
for both you will need to use your library card and 4 digit PIN
3) Email the library brackley.libraryplus@westnorthants.gov.uk
4) Phone the library 0300 126 7000 (option 11 then option 1)
LIBRARY TO YOU SERVICE
Did you know the library can deliver books or audiobooks on CD to your home? If you are unable to leave the house easily to visit the library, you can receive booksfrom a wide range of authors and genres.
This is a free service. If you or someone you know is interested, please contact the library by email, phone, or speak to a member of staff.
